RRR is a 2022 historical, patriotic entertainer by S.S.Rajamouli, starring Jr. NTR and Ram Charan as the lead heroes.

RRR travels during the 80s era. The movie talks about the actual freedom fighters Komaram Bheem and Alluri Sitarama Raju, played by Jr. NTR and Ram Charan. However, the movie only mentions their names and a character type for this role. The entire film is a fictional portrayal, and it even doesn’t depict any actual events. It is just an imaginary story of what it would be like if Komaram Bheem and Alluri Sitarama Raju had met each other and were friends. The director chose their early lives as the plot, which are never known.

RRR is about two unknown people or enemies who became friends, which change their thought process and character. The movie deals with many emotions, including friendship, anger, happiness and realization. SS Rajamouli is well known for handling emotions at an extreme level. Even if it is sadness or anger, he will depict it at its highest level. Each scene will be interconnected and have an emotional depth to it. As a result, the audience will be able to understand and feel the emotions he conveys. He is the man who took Telugu cinema to another level and will always be a pride of Indian cinema. RRR is undoubtedly fit into the list of SS Rajamouli’s epic movies. Each frame in RRR was top-notch stuff. The visuals and VFX are incredible. It’s a big and ambitious movie. SS Rajamouli is the king of Indian commercial cinema, and there’s no other director who can pull off a perfect multi-starrer commercial entertainer like him. The Baahubali creator is getting big and better with his filmography progress. The real hero of RRR has to be K.V. Vijayendra Prasad, father of SS Rajamouli. What a marvellous storyteller he is. His vision is unbelievable. He envisioned a fictional tale by joining two legendary freedom fighters and creating friendship between them, even though they believed they had never met, despite travelling almost the same distance at the same time. He is the same writer for all Rajamouli movies, including the epic Baahubali 1 and 2. KK Senthil Kumar‘s Cinematography was stunning. MM Keeravani, as usual, did a mind-blowing job. His songs and background score boosted the movie’s scenes. There is no doubt that Naattu Naattu will be remembered for many years and rewatched again and again, especially for the song’s composition and visual energy. Ramam Raghavam also gave a lot of goosebumps. All the technical departments and the art enhanced the movie’s beauty, especially the VFX and SFX.

As for the performances, the movie has only great ones to offer from its cast. It was Jr. NTR‘s complete adaption of Komaram Bheem that stunned all. Bheem is a character who is innocent but will go wild if somebody hurts his loved ones. No one other than Jr. NTR can give justice to that character, especially in those emotional scenes. Physically, he looked highly fit for such a massive character. Alluri Sitarama Raju, played by Ram Charan, is the strong pillar of RRR. The actor should be able to make the audience hate and love the character same time. As opposed to Bheem, Ram hides emotions for an ultimate goal. His revenge, anger, and violence are at their highest levels. The intro and climax scenes are among the best in Indian cinema. He and Jr. NTR had good chemistry together. They made the audience feel happy and emotional. Ram Charan has stepped to the next level of his career. He might repeat the past. Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn had less screen space in the movie. However, they did their part neatly. All the other casts did their part well.

The racy screenplay with some epic visuals holds the movie from many negative aspects. There were several downsides to the film, including the art department’s inability to match the quality of Baahubali. The 2nd half was a bit slow compared to 1st half and had many over the top action scenes, especially the climax fight. The movie could not keep the same excitement of 1st half. But still, this is SS Rajamouli’s movie. He is an expert to overshadow the negatives with the grandeur scenes and well connected, emotion-filled screenplay. RRR can’t be compared with Baahubali as both are different genres and timelines. But Baahubali 2 is still an epic creation and will stand above RRR.

RRR is a must theatre watch and is Indian cinema’s pride movie for the world. SS Rajamouli continues his 100% blockbuster rate.
